How long does it take to get my jewelry?

For ready to ship pieces, please allow 2-5 business days for processing, plus shipping time. For made to order pieces, please allow 10-15 business days for processing, plus shipping time.

Please read specific product descriptions and details before ordering.

Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed the next business day. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

During peak and holiday seasons, there may be processing and shipping delays.

How can I track my order?

Click "Track My Order" in your shipping confirmation email, or log into your account on jewelsbydivine.com. Please note that it can take 1-2 business days for a tracking number to show movement.

Can I cancel or edit my order after it's been placed?

Please email us at info@jewelsbydivine.com with your order number within 24 hours, and we'll try our best to accommodate your request.

Can I edit my address after the order's been placed?

If your order hasn't shipped, we can edit the shipping address. Email us at info@jewelsbydivine.com with the updated address as soon as possible. 

We are unable to edit a billing address once an order has been placed.

How do I know if an item is out of stock?

We do our best to ensure that items online are in stock. However, because we don’t manufacture in bulk, sometimes ready to ship pieces can go out of stock. If an item is unavailable, the product page will have an expected back in stock date. A member of our team will reach out to you via email as soon as possible if an item in your order is out of stock.

I live in Los Angeles. Can I come into the studio to try on by Divine pieces?

As for now we do not offer in person try ons or pick ups, but we encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter and follow our social medias for updates on pop ups in your area. :)

What's your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If return approve, the return shipping cost is covered by customers.

Can I exchange my piece for a different size?

We do not accept exchanges.

Depending on the item and concerns. Please contact us at info@jewelsbydivine.com. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note Items on sale are final sale and cannot be exchange or return.

When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Where is your jewelry made?

Our Jewelry are locally sourced and made in beautiful California in small batch.

We curate in small batch to responsible stock and reduce waste and keep the quality high for you.

I don't know my ring size. Do you have a ring sizer?

Yes, download our printable ring sizer HERE.

Alternatively, you can visit your local jeweler to get sized.

How do I care for my Divine pieces?

To extend the life of your pieces, remove them while using harsh chemicals, lotions, beauty products, and perfumes. Do not wear while performing any strenuous activity or lifting heavy objects. We also recommend removing them in extreme heat and humidity, and while swimming in chlorine. 

Do your products have a warranty?

We currently do not extend warranty on our products.

Are all of your pieces made with 14k gold-filled? What's the difference between gold filled vs gold plated

To safeguard your Jewels by Divine jewelry from exposure to chemicals and moisture in the air, we recommend storing them in small plastic bags. When handling our pieces, a delicate touch goes a long way in preserving their beauty.

It's important to note that metals can lose their luster over time when exposed to substances like water, hair spray, perfume, and lotions.

Let's talk about the difference between Gold Filled and Gold Plated pieces. We often receive inquiries about this, and we want you to be well-informed about what you're adorning yourself with when you wear a gold filled Jewels by Divine necklace, bracelet, anklet, ring, or pair of earrings.

Here's why we prefer gold filled for our pieces:

1. More Gold Content:
Gold filled pieces contain significantly more gold (UP TO 100 TIMES MORE) compared to gold plated items. Gold filled typically consists of about 5% gold alloy, whereas gold plating offers only around .05% (half of one percent) of gold alloy.

2. Superior Craftsmanship:

Gold filled pieces are crafted with meticulous attention. They involve sandwiching the core metal (often sterling silver or jeweler’s brass) between substantial layers of solid gold, compressed using powerful rollers. This process ensures a strong bond between the gold alloy and the core metal, enveloping the piece in lasting brilliance.

In contrast, gold plating utilizes an electric current to bond gold particles to the core metal, resulting in a thin gold layer that is prone to tarnishing and wearing off.

3. Gentler on Sensitive Skin:

The construction of gold filled pieces, with a higher quantity of gold surrounding the core metal and the use of superior quality core metals, often makes them more skin-friendly compared to gold plated pieces.

4. Low-Maintenance, Lasting Beauty:

While 14 karat Gold Filled jewelry resists tarnishing, it can accumulate dirt and oils from daily wear. Cleaning your handmade gold filled piece is simple—use a soft jewelry brush and unscented dish soap to gently scrub it. How much does shipping cost?

We ship via USPS Ground Shipping

It takes 1–7 business days to arrive minus process time.

Shipping cost is $7.00 for orders under $100

We offer free shipping via USPS on orders of $100 or more.

Do you ship internationally?

No, We do not offer shipping outside of the USA.

We are currently selling in the USA only, please contact us if you are out of the US territory and would love to try our products. We will take all feedback to plan our expansion to your territory!

I think my package is lost. What should I do?

If you think your package is lost, email us at info@jewelsbydivine.com right away with your order number and we'll try our best to help resolve the issue. Please note that Divine is not responsible for lost or stolen orders once they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Be sure to check with your neighbors or building front desk to see if they may have your package.
